This exhibition uses "shadow" as its core visual and conceptual vocabulary to explore the psychological repression, role conflict, and self-identity experienced by individuals in contemporary society. In situations where individuals are constantly observed, compared, and evaluated, they continuously adjust their behavior and outward appearance to respond to expectations from others, institutions, and their internalized selves. These adjustments gradually shape an acceptable outward appearance, while simultaneously causing unexpressed emotions and feelings to retreat into the depths of consciousness, forming a psychological structure where the subject and the shadow coexist.
