This lecture features Mr. Lee De-Chuan, who will share his extensive experience in urban development and public administration. Having served as Director of the Urban Development Bureau in Tainan City, Director of the Urban and Rural Development Bureau in New Taipei City, and Director of the Department of Land Administration as well as Deputy Secretary-General of the Taipei City Government, he brings valuable insights from years of government service. Through practical cases and policy experiences, the talk will introduce how urban planning and land administration are implemented in the public sector and provide perspectives on careers in public service.
