The “2026 Exchange and Study Program of Matsuyama, Japan at University of Taipei_Opening Ceremony” held its opening ceremony at the university. Representatives and students from Matsuyama City participated, while the university welcomed them and introduced the campus and course arrangements. Participating students introduced themselves, met their local buddies, and learned about the overall program and important notices. This prepared them for the upcoming cultural, academic, and daily-life activities, marking the official start of several days of exchange and learning experiences.
