SDGs Lecture Series:Coexistence of Heaven and Earth — The Wisdom of a Yogic Diet

To promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Office of Sustainable Development is hosting the “SDGs Lecture Series.” This session features Ms. Liu Hui-Ru from Sustainable Food Power, who will explore the relationship between yogic diet and environmental sustainability. The lecture will introduce the classification of food in yoga, explain how everyday food choices impact the environment, and examine—through the lens of yogic philosophy—the harmonious coexistence between humans, the environment, and the universe. Students will be guided to reflect on healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. This course also aligns with SDG 3, “Good Health and Well-being,” encouraging participants to focus on personal health and overall environmental sustainability through mindful eating and balance between body and mind.
