This lecture introduced the core principles of classroom management, explaining how teachers can establish effective classroom rules and create a positive learning environment. The speaker also shared various ways to encourage students, aiming to enhance their learning motivation and strengthen class cohesion. In addition, through practical teaching examples, the lecturer illustrated classroom management techniques and provided appropriate strategies for addressing students of different proficiency levels, offering concrete and practical guidance.
