Classroom Management for Integrating Students with Special Needs into General Education Classes
This lecture introduced the core principles of classroom management, explaining how teachers can establish effective classroom rules and create a positive learning environment. The speaker also shared various ways to encourage students, aiming to enhance their learning motivation and strengthen class cohesion. In addition, through practical teaching examples, the lecturer illustrated classroom management techniques and provided appropriate strategies for addressing students of different proficiency levels, offering concrete and practical guidance. Through this lecture, participants gained a deeper understanding of the importance of classroom management and positive reinforcement, and learned how to flexibly apply different strategies in real teaching contexts to accommodate individual student differences. Overall, the lecture helps improve teachers’ classroom management skills and promotes a more stable and effective classroom environment.
