"This activity, titled “ESG in Action: My First Workplace Experience,” aimed to illustrate how Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles are implemented in real-world corporate settings. The speaker shared practical experiences from the workplace, covering key aspects such as sustainability policy development, ESG evaluation processes, and information disclosure through annual reports, sustainability reports, and corporate websites. In addition, the activity highlighted the importance of cross-departmental collaboration and effective communication in coordinating ESG-related initiatives and external engagements. Through these firsthand insights, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of how companies respond to environmental, social, and governance issues in practice. The session also demonstrated how ESG implementation supports alignment with green finance trends while enhancing corporate responsibility and brand reputation."
