This lecture was organized by the Urban Renewal Program of the University of Taipei and focused on urban renewal project planning and architectural design practices. Through collaborative teaching and midterm project reviews, professionals and government experts shared experiences related to urban renewal procedures, legal regulations, and design case studies. The activity helped students understand the integration of spatial planning, public interests, and architectural design in urban renewal projects while enhancing their professional knowledge of urban design and environmental planning.
