This lecture invited the Section Chief of the Land Development Division from the New Taipei City Department of Rapid Transit Systems to share practical experiences in MRT development promotion. The lecture covered joint development strategies, land integration methods, transit-oriented development (TOD) concepts, and urban development benefits. Case studies and policy directions related to MRT construction in New Taipei City were also introduced, helping students understand how public transportation infrastructure can stimulate urban renewal and regional development.
