2026_1142Case Sharing in the Cognitive Domain :LEGO and Robotics Project-Based Activities
In this lecture, Teacher Chou shared the practical implementation of the “Lego ” and “Gigo Robot Maze” projects. Through LEGO construction, stop-motion animation, and design the robot maze, children were guided to develop observation, problem-solving, creative thinking, collaboration, and communication skills through hands-on experiences. The learning process integrated multiple developmental domains, including cognition, social interaction, aesthetics, physical movement, and language. Activities were carried out through learning centers and group discussions. Teacher Chou also introduced stop-motion animation techniques, common challenges and solutions, as well as children’s learning experiences throughout the project. Finally, the students participated in hands-on activities themselves and gained a strong sense of accomplishment.
