The Department of Urban Development at the University of Taipei held its Freshman Open House on April 11, 2026, inviting incoming students and their families to visit the Tianmu Campus and gain a deeper understanding of the department’s academic features, learning environment, and future development opportunities. The event included an introduction to the department, explanations of the curriculum and learning resources, as well as opportunities for interaction between faculty members, current students, freshmen, and parents. In addition to formal presentations, the event also included a campus and department tour. Through visits to classrooms, exhibition areas, and learning spaces, incoming students were able to experience the atmosphere of their future academic environment. The event also provided time for refreshments and informal交流, allowing freshmen and parents to communicate with professors and senior students. Through experience sharing from current students, freshmen gained a clearer picture of course arrangements, departmental activities, and university life.
