Relax and Release: An Art-Based Stress Relief Workshop

Guide participants in exploring the sources of their stress and their current physical and emotional states. Through art-based media and body awareness practices, they gain insight into personal stress response patterns and coping strategies. Participants then integrate what they have learned in the workshop to develop personalized stress-relief strategies and apply them in daily life.
