This workshop takes a “whole life journey” perspective, helping participants reflect on their future lifestyles, career roles, and expectations across different life stages, going beyond the limitations of a single job choice. It also guides participants to explore the personal values they prioritize in life and understand how these values influence their career decisions. Through discussions such as “What if there are other options?”, participants are encouraged to broaden their perspectives on diverse career possibilities, envision different life experiences and outcomes, and enhance their career flexibility. Finally, the workshop supports participants in integrating career and life development, envisioning a future that aligns with their expectations, and outlining initial, actionable steps toward their desired life path.
