Through this workshop on common psychological disorders in higher education and related knowledge, we aim to help mentors keenly perceive and quickly identify students' mental health issues in daily life. Furthermore, it will enhance their counseling competencies, enabling them to master practical support and accompaniment skills, and ultimately become the most solid and warm sanctuary for students facing emotional difficulties.
