UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles and University of Taipei held an online meeting on May 20, 2026, to discuss potential directions for future international collaboration. The meeting was conducted in a warm and productive atmosphere. During the meeting, UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles expressed strong interest in providing opportunities for students in translation and language-related fields to study Mandarin at University of Taipei, while both institutions also exchanged ideas regarding future student exchange cooperation. The two universities further introduced their campus features and international student support resources. University of Taipei highlighted its convenient transportation access, diverse learning environment, and Mandarin language education resources, while UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles shared its strengths in multilingual education, including French, English, Dutch, and other language and intercultural programs. In addition, both sides discussed the possibility of future cooperation in Mandarin study programs. Through continued communication and collaboration, the two universities hope to strengthen their partnership and promote cross-cultural learning and interaction between faculty and students.
