The Office of International Affairs held an online exchange meeting with Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB), Indonesia, on May 22. The UIB delegation was led by Ms. Theodesia Lady Pratiwi, Head of the International Affairs Office, and included faculty members from the Department of Nutrition and the Department of Biology. During the meeting, both universities introduced their institutions and exchanged ideas regarding potential areas of future collaboration, including student exchange programs, short-term academic exchanges, and collaborative course offerings. In addition, the Head of the Nutrition Department at UIB also expressed interest in developing academic cooperation with related fields at the University of Taipei. The meeting was conducted in a positive and friendly atmosphere, and both sides expressed strong interest in maintaining communication and gradually promoting more substantive academic collaboration and exchange opportunities in the future.
