2026 College of Charleston Summer Study Abroad Program_Din Tai Fung Culinary Experience

Faculty members and students from College of Charleston enjoyed a meal at Din Tai Fung during their exchange and study program, experiencing Taiwan’s renowned culinary culture. The students sampled xiaolongbao, pork chop fried rice, beef noodle soup, and a variety of classic Taiwanese dishes, and were deeply impressed by the delicate flavors and attentive service. Through this dining experience, the students not only gained a better understanding of Taiwanese food culture, but also experienced the warmth of Taiwanese hospitality and the charm of its cuisine.
