Faculty members and students from College of Charleston visited Yang Guo Stone Hot Pot during their exchange and study program to experience Taiwan’s feature hot pot culture. The students sampled a variety of soup bases and fresh ingredients, and found the self-cooking dining style of hot pot both interesting and enjoyable. Through this culinary experience, the students gained a deeper understanding of Taiwanese food culture.
