Professional Development Seminar for Teacher Recruitment: Curriculum Reform and Competency-Oriented Curriculum Design.

This event featured experienced instructors sharing practical teaching case studies. The session began with discussions on students’ learning assessments and reflective journals, prompting deeper consideration of students’ learning motivation, learning objectives, and the underlying purpose of learning itself. The presenters also provided practical insights into parent-teacher collaboration, illustrating how classroom learning can be integrated with real-life contexts. In this way, learning extends beyond academic achievement and becomes a foundation for future application and lifelong development.
