Finger-Painted Inner Landscapes: An Emotional Awareness Workshop

This activity uses color as a medium to help participants connect with their inner emotions, enabling them to become aware of and organize their internal experiences. Participants are guided to externalize and identify their emotions through colors and visual imagery. By engaging with the tactile sensation of pastels through their fingertips, they can relax their mind and body while focusing on the present moment, facilitating the transformation of negative emotions.
