After attending the seminar “Finding Your Career Compass” presented by Mr. Lin Chung-Yi, I gained a deeper understanding of career planning. He explained that career development should begin during our student years by exploring our interests, abilities, and personal values, rather than waiting until graduation. He also emphasized that in a rapidly changing world, skills such as communication, continuous learning, and problem-solving are just as important as professional knowledge. This seminar helped me recognize the importance of self-discovery and gave me a clearer vision for my future studies and career development.
