The thematic workshop "Theory and Practice of Social Prescribing" was held at the Juguang Healthy Aging Empowerment Center of Taipei City Hospital. The morning session featured Dr. Liu Jian-liang, Director of the Dementia Center, who introduced dementia care models and guided participants in hands-on interactions with elderly individuals with dementia. The afternoon included a presentation on "Museum Prescribing" by Dr. Huang Hsing-ta of International Council of Museums, followed by an introduction to social prescribing by Dean Wang Shih-Chih of the College of City Management, University of Taipei. The workshop combined lectures, field interactions, and case studies to deepen participants' understanding of social prescribing in elder care and community sustainability.
