This workshop is designed to enhance the teaching demonstration skills of our department's graduating pre-service teachers for the local government teacher recruitment exams, thereby increasing their employment rate as certified full-time teachers. By simulating the secondary-stage recruitment process (including oral interviews and teaching demonstrations), we invite professional teachers and school principals to serve as judges, provide personalized guidance, and deliver expert lectures.
