Special education curricula are diverse and continually evolving. Integrating hands-on activities with instructional design can enhance student learning outcomes. In response to the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on education, this workshop focuses on helping teachers develop strategies for applying AI tools in gifted education curriculum design and teaching practices. Through practical case sharing and hands-on activities, participants will explore how AI can be used in instructional planning, learning task design, and assessment feedback. This approach aims to reduce teachers’ workload, improve time management, and simultaneously foster students’ higher-order thinking and creativity. It also seeks to strengthen communication and collaboration among parents, teachers, and students, thereby creating a more flexible and supportive learning environment.
