Solo Art Exhibition
The exhibited works are grounded in the tactile warmth of paper clay, featuring vessels that hold the rhythms of daily life, floor tiles, and mirrors reflecting the self—all deliberately shattered. Rather than concealing these scars, the artist employs childhood stationery, soft red stitching, and brilliant gold paint to perform a tender mending that transcends time. Fragments of pottery and transferred vintage photographs within the space speak of unfinished conversations at the dinner table and family dynamics transformed by the passage of time; meanwhile, the fractured mirrors—studded with motifs of eyes and mouths—embody the anxiety, loss of voice, and profound loneliness of modern individuals living under the gaze of others and yearning to be understood. This exhibition serves as an emotional healing ritual that confronts inner trauma head-on. It does not aim to restore broken relationships to a pristine, original state, but rather transforms the "cracks" into conduits for light to enter. Through the juxtaposition of fragmented layers and delicate craftsmanship, the artist gently reminds us that imperfection is not failure, but a new form of becoming. Viewers are invited to contemplate the fissures in their own lives amidst the quiet, and to discover—within these imperfect fragments—a fresh starting point for renewed dialogue, understanding, and self-acceptance.
