Solo Art Exhibition
Centered on the design of "comic-style watercolor instructional materials," this project integrates visual storytelling with the teaching of watercolor techniques to create a learning resource tailored for beginners. By transforming traditional technical explanations into a comic format, abstract concepts—such as water control and coloring steps—are visualized concretely; this approach lowers the barrier to entry while enhancing comprehension and learner motivation. The project incorporates an expert review mechanism to systematically evaluate and revise the content, which covers units such as tool introductions, water control, color mixing processes, and various fundamental techniques. Based on review feedback, the team adjusted layouts, optimized instructional workflows, and strengthened the content, while using a classification system—categorizing materials as "Completed," "Under Revision," or "In Planning"—to document the ongoing optimization process. The material on display is the "revised exhibition version." In addition to showcasing the final design, the exhibit presents a comparison of the material before and after revisions, along with key explanations, to demonstrate how the research addressed expert feedback and translated it into concrete design strategies.
