On September 21, 2026, Taipei Municipal University welcomed a delegation from Nagoya City University, Japan, for a university visit at the Boai Campus. The delegation was hosted by Dr. Tzu-Ling Chen, Dean of the Office of International Affairs, Chia-Ying Yu, Director of the Division of International and Cross-Strait Academic Exchange, and Tse-Chung Wang, Editor of the Office of International Affairs. Nagoya City University was represented by Mr. Katsuaki KOBAYASHI and Mr. Shunta KOGUCHI. The visit began with a meeting at the President’s Office, where the two universities exchanged commemorative gifts and Taiwan’s specialty tea. The delegation then took a guided tour of the campus and visited the Chinese language classroom to meet students participating in the Chinese Language Study Tour, including students from Nagoya City University who were currently studying at Taipei Municipal University. On the day of the visit, the students were participating in a cultural learning class featuring Chinese numerals and calligraphy. The guests observed the classroom activities firsthand and expressed their appreciation for the rich and diverse learning experiences offered by the program.
