Higher Education Sprout Project: "Hand-in-Hand" Workshop on Interdisciplinary, Community-Oriented Service-Learning — An Expedition to the Highest Peak in Taipei City

Centered on interdisciplinary collaboration and community-oriented service-learning, this initiative employs a "mentorship-based" (or "hand-in-hand") partnership model. By integrating professional expertise and practical experience from diverse fields, participants are guided to Qixing Mountain—the highest peak in Taipei City. Through the challenges of hiking and teamwork, students cultivate a spirit of service, explore the natural environment, and develop the ability to apply knowledge across disciplinary boundaries. This process deepens the educational value of service-learning while fostering diverse interactions and collective growth.
