The speaker shared the school-based consultation experience in U.S.A, including School Psychologist training and working with the consultation. It emphases that school-based consultants need to consult with teacher effectively; develop equal, collaborative relationships; engage consultees in the consultation process; assess academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health problems; and design an evaluate effective, indirect interventions that can be implemented with integrity.
