Special education counselling has enter early childhood education for many years. For personnel in kindergarten, their ability to educate and care have been significantly improved. In order to let the kindergarten personnel not only can designing teaching activities in accordance with IEP objectives, but also master the spirit of kindergarten education outline, implementing systematic system, integrity and all-person development, we specially planning this study. It is hoped that through this study, the kindergarten personnel can understand the spirit of the kindergarten education outline and master the way of application, letting children with different conditions can all get the opportunities to have exclusive and appropriate courses.
