This event included 17 elders over the age of 65 to participate. The lecturer of this event was Zhong Ruixin, and Chen Ying and Lai Jinren served as teaching assistants during the event. In the second half of the course, the lecturer led the elders to perform balance training and muscle strength training. Finally, they performed muscle stretching and relaxation to reduce the pain after training and ended today's course. The elders in this event are very enthusiastic and hard-working. They also actively ask the lecturers and teaching assistants when there are problems in the execution of the movements. It is hoped that the promotion and publicity of this project can lead the elders to better understand the benefits of exercise.
