Taipei City Government has regulations on food sources, quality control, and inspection to control the food safety of campus lunches. In addition to the examination of teachers and parents, the Department of Health and Welfare of UT also helps to arrange food safety inspections coordinated with the Department of Education, Health, and Department of Economic Development. The investigation includes the school's kitchens, meal box manufacturers, and high school canteen. The inspection consists of environmental sanitation, quality management, storage sanitation, employee sanitation, etc., to maintain the safety of meals for students.
