It is tending to enhance the tutoring knowledge of universities resource classrooms’ counselors for the hearing impairments students; also hope that the resource teachers in the universities can understand the relevant theories and apply them to student tutoring through this study. Through the combination of theory and practice, teachers will be able to accompany and support students in need.
