Faculty and Staff Bouncy Ball Aerobic exercise
Once a week for 1.5 hours, professional fitness coaches are invited to lead the faculty and staff to use elastic balls for aerobic exercise, muscle strength training and various stretching exercises, so that everyone can enjoy the pleasure of sweating and develop a good habit of exercise.
