We invited Ms. Chia-chen Hsueh to present her professional work in the graduate level course “Seminar on Emotional and Behavioral Disorders”. Ms. Hsueh used to be a full-time emotional support teachers with the main responsibilities to support all public schools in managing challenging behaviors of children. Ms. Hsueh explained how to connect the functional behavior assessment with a complete behavioral support plan. More importantly, she presented how to work with different people around the client and how to make sure everyone was on the same page.
