Our department was invited to participate in the 2023 Camping Art Festival organized by the French National Dance Center (Centre National de la Dance, referred to as CND). This event brought together 24 schools from many countries to participate. During the event, students participated in well-known artist workshops and took turns leading morning workshops. Students from each school designed independent learning activities to communicate and share with each other. Teachers from each school participated in exchange gatherings, lectures, visited design schools, and watched performances by world-renowned contemporary dance artists in the evening. And the work "Uniting Instability" compiled by the student group was presented in the marathon performances of each school. Starting from the earthquakes that Taiwanese people are accustomed to, it shows how Taiwanese people deal with themselves in an unstable geographical, social, and political environment. Although some audience members had never experienced an earthquake, they expressed that they resonated with the work and had a deeper understanding of Taiwan during the performance and exchanges.
