Introduction of senior functional fitness and interpretation of fitness test results
The lecturer introduced the functional fitness test for senior, including Chair Stand Test, Arm Curls Test, 2-Minutes Step Test, Chair Sit-and-Reach Test, standing on one foot, Back-Scratch Test, and 8 Foot Up-and-Go Test. After detouring, explaining, and demonstrating the testing methods, students were able to operate. In the end of lecture, lecturer taught students how to analysis of the test results for individual cases.
