First, introduce the differences between the "Headhunting (HH) and Human Resources (HR)". Introduce how to write a resume and avoid some mistakes when writing a resume. The writing content must introduce self detailed. Including work experience, the information must be complete, and must be specifically described achievements. Also need to pay attention to the professionalism of the photos and the unity of the layout, and customize each resume. Then taught the students how to prepare for the interview, do not dress inappropriate and need to prepare.Last, provided some advices to newcomers who have just entered the workforce. The resume must emphasize academic qualifications, internships, work experience, and community experience, as well as digital experience, job descriptions, skills, languages, and certificates.
