This activity was the first course of the “Environmental Education Week”. It introduced the "Qin Jiayuan Organic Farm" in Yingge, New Taipei. This farm promotes organic vegetables, uses organic cultivation to grow various fruits and vegetables according to the season, and implements the “farm-to-table” behaviors. Agricultural products harvest and direct delivery from the production site to the table at the same-day. Let consumers eat the freshest fruits and vegetables at home. In the class, the planting methods of organic farming were introduced to let more people know the advantages of organic farming. An extra activity of succulent plant planting was also conducted in the class.
