The “Will of Fire - Datun Volcano Coffee”, founded by coffee farmer Yi-Wei Hou, is located in the Datun Volcano coffee producing area–the only one volcanic coffee producing area in Taiwan. The “Will of Fire - Datun Volcano Coffee” is also the only coffee estate in Taipei that has received the “Green Conservation Label”. The estate uses organic and sustainable methods to grow coffee tree with emphasize on the importance of land and ecology. In today's event, Mr. Hou not only introduced coffee knowledge, but also led the participants to learn how to roast and grind coffee beans. They also used a hand brewing pot to brew a pot of heart-warming coffee and savor the flavor of volcanic coffee.
