Providing appropriate materials and sufficient time for exploration are important aspects for teachers regarding children's growth. Teachers understand that the accumulation of experience is the nutrient for children's growth, so they focus on giving children enough time and opportunities to explore and practice. In addition, the teacher emphasized communication from multiple angles, including communication with children, classmates, and other classes. Through conversations with children, understand their thoughts; chat with classmates to achieve mutual understanding and help; communicate with other classes to learn new ways of playing, and achieve mutual learning and growth. Finally, taking into account the age and ability of the child, the teacher advocates starting with basic skills and slowly building up abilities to give the child the opportunity for self-realization. This careful observation and individualized teaching strategies help each child develop their skills and confidence at a suitable pace.
