When practiced, the movements of flow yoga are as smooth as flowing water, and Vinyasa means series. It also means that flow yoga has a large number of series movements, and it is a relatively fast-paced yoga practice. It is a type of yoga with a relatively fast pace, short pauses, and high intensity. It is very effective for people who want to improve their heart, lungs, and muscle strength. Although the workshop focuses on flow yoga content, the teacher first explains the concept of yoga and introduces common yoga types and schools, including breathing method training, asana training, and yoga exercises, before conducting the flow yoga experience. , the importance of indispensable knowledge of yoga disciplines. The focus of today’s workshop experience is not on the degree of completion of yoga movements, but on practicing the flowing movements repeatedly, aware of the difference in each repeated practice, and feeling the inner self in the subtle changes. If the state of the mind allows, it can sense other people, groups, temperature, sound, airflow, space, etc., and be aware of and accept the existence of oneself at the moment of each breath. The understanding of yoga has also brought a lot of benefits to the participating teachers and students. In the past, the impression of yoga was still based on body limits and posture exercises. However, the teacher emphasized that yoga practice should be combined with basic yoga subject knowledge to help Understand the postures and improve the accuracy of the exercises. In class, the teacher provides simple breathing exercises. You can practice them for three to five minutes after class or when you need to relax, which can help soothe your body and mind. After the lecture, the teachers and students looked much more relaxed, which can be said to be the greatest achievement of this workshop.
