3D Modeling Teaching

3D modeling has a wide range of applications in the field of cultural assets and can help preserve, present and promote various cultural assets, such as buildings, sites, artworks, etc. Here are some applications of 3D modeling in cultural assets: 1. Virtual reconstruction and preservation: 3D modeling can be used to reconstruct cultural assets, such as ancient buildings, urban ruins, etc. Such virtual models can be used to preserve the original appearance of cultural assets, especially buildings or sites that have been damaged or disappeared. 2. Digital cultural relics: For fragile cultural relics, such as ancient documents and artworks, 3D modeling can provide a digital form of preservation. This facilitates the long-term preservation and sharing of artifacts. 3. Education and exhibition: 3D modeling allows cultural assets to be presented to audiences in an interactive way. This has applications in museums, educational institutions and online exhibitions. Through virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) technology, people can gain an in-depth understanding of cultural assets without actually being there.
