This lecture course is given by Associate Professor Chen Qizhen of the Department of Public Health of Fu Jen Catholic University (due to unforeseen circumstances at home, he was unable to attend the lecture, so he switched to an online lecture). He talks about the policy evaluation of national health insurance. In discussing issues related to health and society, the national health insurance policy plays an important role. The purpose of this lecture is that through professional lecture courses, Teacher Chen will start from the methodology of policy evaluation and use his rich empirical experience to lead us to understand how to evaluate policies related to national health insurance and discuss its possible impacts. We hope that through this lecture, we can once again deepen the professional knowledge of all seed members and cultivate their attitude of social care. The theoretical knowledge learned in previous classes can be combined with the design of empirical research in this lecture to understand how to evaluate policies and the possible health or social impacts on different groups. From the interaction between students and the lecturer, we can know the students' understanding and investment in the course.
