One-bite pastry baking workshop

Today, the planning team, teachers and students went to the Yonghe Civil Rights Community Development Association to participate in the production of one-bite cakes. The members who bake the one-bite cakes are all composed of silver-haired elders in the community and have almost no baking experience. However, after training from the association, everyone The division of labor and cooperation now make the production very skillful, and the operation process is as smooth as a production line. There is someone responsible for every step, from beginning to end, pinching out each puff pastry, coating it with egg yolk and coloring, sprinkled with sesame seeds, and then sending it to the oven for baking. , all handmade. The planning team and teachers have also been involved in the process from research and development to production of Koufu. Whether it is in baking production, channel marketing, product packaging, brand design, etc., the planning team and teachers have jointly participated, discussed and implemented. In the future, we will add students from our school to improve and design packaging, so that our products will look more professional and young. Light and energetic. We hope that our joining can give the Yonghe Civil Rights Community Development Association a place in the gift-giving market. We also hope that through this production process, members of the Yonghe Civil Rights Community Development Association can enjoy working together, create a sense of work accomplishment, and enhance their self-identity. The future planning team will continue to promote and assist, combine the power of the community and students, and strive for the Civil Rights Community Development Association Drawing from its own financial resources, we hope to provide more services and care for more ethnic groups in the future.
