"Who they are?" From Hong Kong to Taiwan, case conceptualization and application of local art care projects
1. Brief description of activities (1) Teacher Lam Jianwen shared the current status and challenges of art therapy implementation in Hong Kong, and emphasized why localization is needed concepts and cases in practice. (2) Teacher Lan Jianwen explained the challenges in local practice and why it is necessary to study the conceptual framework of the case. (3) The instructor leads the students sequentially through initial contact, psychological sociological foundations, assessment, treatment goals and treatment plans. Understand the staged practical assessment process. 1. First contact A. Understand the reason for referral of the case and the composition of the scene. B. Establish relationships and self-awareness of transference and countertransference. C. Discuss and clarify motivations for change, or deal with resistance. 2. Basics of Psychological Sociology A. Explore the client’s childhood experiences, family relationships, values, and views of himself. D. Observe the patient's emotional state and physical health. 3. Diagnosis - a more in-depth and concise approach to the core process A. Psychodynamics: the interaction between superego, ego, and id, and the power of understanding the self, such as: rationality The power of understanding, impulse control, defense mechanisms, ideal self, implementation in life. B. Free Drawing: An Assessment and Treatment Model for Mind-Body Integration. 4. Treatment goals and plans A. Enhance self-functioning systems and adaptive skills in situations. B. Reduce the patient’s anxiety and give a sense of hope. C. Improve the self-actualization and satisfaction of the case. D. Change the environment and solve the problem. (4) Teacher Lan Jianwen used actual cases to lead students to read a complete conceptual record of the case, and asked students to They discuss treatment options. 2. Effectiveness evaluation (1) Students can understand the necessity and importance of case conceptualization in practice. (2) Students can clearly understand the assessment process of case conceptualization. (3) Students can learn how to write records after conceptualizing a case. (4) Students can try to think multiple ways about treatment options suitable for individual cases from the conceptualization of the case.
