"I Come to Heal the Heart Lecture Series" - Treat cancer from the heart
Facing the aging elderly, we need to pay attention to the care of physical health. On the contrary, spiritual health is also extremely important. The project team and the Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association adhere to the concept of protecting the physical, mental and spiritual health of the elderly in the community and plan this series of "I Come" Healing Heart Lecture Series "Zi" teaches the elderly to face and embrace their future life with an optimistic attitude, so as to create a healthy and happy life every day. After the "I Come to Heal the Heart Lecture Series", the community class leaders will spend the last 20 minutes working together to create clay DIY. Clay can Kneading, shaping, tapping, and flicking are friendly to the elders. In addition to training the grasping ability and muscle strength of the hands, they can also be used with some tools to create, train the fine movements of the fingers, and use freedom The process of creation stimulates the brain’s creativity and thoughtsImagery. During the course, Dr. Lin shared how to understand carcinogenic psychology and establish an anti-cancer psychology. Through the course, Dr. Lin taught the students to slowly find the answer, and reminded the students that abnormal psychology may lead to cancer! After suffering from cancer, morbid psychology will occur! How to analyze and get rid of this mentality, and also share other case experiences to talk about psychological lessons from the treatment process. From diagnosis, treatment to recovery stage, Dr. Lin teaches us to face it with a healthy attitude and make good use of the key of acceptance. , reconcile with yourself and others, open the knots in your body, and live a more relaxed and happy life. The project team hopes to use the "I Come to Heal the Heart" series of lectures to improve the mental and physical strength, interpersonal interaction and social participation of the elderly in the community, learn about positive emotions and positive psychological traits, practice viewing the world from an optimistic and diverse perspective, and promote life satisfaction. To realize and pursue the self-meaning of life for middle-aged and elderly people, and to create a social self-help, mutual help, common good, and resilient living environment.
