During the course, Dr. Lin shared that the scary thing about cancer is that even after treatment is completed, there is still the possibility of recurrence. In addition to closely cooperating with outpatient follow-up after completion of treatment, it is also necessary to understand how to prevent the possibility of cancer recurrence. Therefore, Dr. Lin revealed in the lecture Sharing the perspective of psychosomatics to students, even if cancer cannot be completely cured, they can face the pain and examine their past drinking habits. By eating a healthy lifestyle, adjusting stress, looking at everything, seeing through it, and letting it go, cells throughout the body will have a chance to be reborn. The project team hopes to use the "I Come to Heal the Heart" series of lectures to improve the mental and physical strength, interpersonal interaction and social participation of the elderly in the community, learn about positive emotions and positive psychological traits, practice viewing the world from an optimistic and diverse perspective, and promote life satisfaction.
