Empower Studio Art Accompanying Event: Opening Tea Party
1. The preparation process is about 300 words Preparation is mainly the responsibility of teachers and teaching assistants. After the teaching assistant confirms the number of people and the venue, the venue will be confirmed in advance. After discussing the number of tables and chairs that can be provided in the domain, we will plan how to allocate and arrange equipment and event venues. Then we will search for catering vendors and conduct product comparisons and price comparisons. After multiple comparisons and attempts during the process, we finally decided to focus on the catering vendors of Xindongwang. The teaching assistants will assist in contacting the catering vendors, booking the meals required for the tea party, and agreeing with the vendors on the pick-up time in advance. On the day of the tea party, go to the site to pick up meals one hour before the start of the tea party. After arriving at the site, work with teachers, teaching assistants, and on-site field staff to arrange the venue and plate the meals before the event, and prepare location arrangements, equipment connections, and waste collection areas. ...Wait, then the tea party begins. 2. About 100 words of course/activity introduction The purpose of the opening tea party is to be fully prepared to welcome the students' works when the exhibition opens. For external exhibitions, students shared their experiences, prepared refreshments, drinks, etc., and invited relatives and friends of the students to exhibit. Friends come to participate, increasing the visibility of the event, enriching discussions and reflections among students and viewers, etc. 3. Approximately 200 words of student reaction, feedback and results The tea party went very smoothly, from the preliminary work of purchasing and picking up meals to the subsequent layout of the exhibition venue and the actual participation of students Everything went according to plan. The overall implementation experience and suggestions should be at least 400 words (gains, difficulties, experiences, suggestions, etc.) The overall execution was very smooth. In addition to allowing students to express their own experiences, teachers and teaching assistants can also absorb feedback and learn more from it. Experience, use it in future courses, and conduct course reflection and improvement.In addition, the environment of enjoying catered meals also prompted everyone to sit down together and begin to discuss more events and suggestions during the activities with the students face-to-face, allowing students and teachers to communicate more deeply and enhance mutual relationships.
