With the framework of legal regulations , the practical counseling arises from various factors. Complying with these frameworks while addressing the needs of counseling and special education practices poses a challenge for current educators. Additionally, the diverse development of social media and the phenomenon of self-media present even more challenges in the field of special education. This workshop aims to enhance teachers' understanding of relevant laws and strengthen communication skills among students, parents, and teachers through practical sharing and discussion.
