This workshop aims to enhance the understanding of positive behavior support for resource room personnel in higher education institutions for students with special needs. It will also enable resource room teachers to grasp behavioral analysis theories and apply them in student counseling. By combining theory and practice, the workshop equips resource teachers to accompany and support students in need during real counseling scenarios.
